Elevation77 is currently involved with several projects ranging from early concepting through design-build-market. We seek to reach a balance in the portfolio of projects under our care. All projects are in high growth markets. We seek to diversify projects by geography, by market mix (retail vs. commercial vs residential vs. mixed-use), by project duration, by total cost of ownership (cost structure) and by environmental impairments / technology solutions. This tends to minimize the design-build-marketing risk for our asset portfolio, benefitting all the stakeholders in our community.
