We view our success using a Balanced Scorecard methodology that
evaluates success across 4 principle dimensions, our "Four E's":
End User Satisfaction. The satisfaction of those that will live, work
and play in the communities we create is paramount to our success. Key
metrics include pre-sell/pre-lease rates, direct references rate,
follow-on purchase/lease percentage, and others.
Employee, Investor & Partner Satisfaction. Building and maintaining a
healthy ecosystem requires constantly seeking improvement in our
relationships with staff and partners. Key metrics include retention,
repeat business relationship, and raw productivity.
Economics. The financial performance for any given project and for our
firm/Fund Groups is measured against target goals. Key metrics include
ROI, gross margin, days sold outstanding, and others which are
proprietary.
Enterprise. We create unique, highly customized projects. However, we
pride ourselves in creating systems and processes that are repeatable
and consistent. This streamlines efficiency, optimizes quality and
drives satisfaction of employees and users alike.
