Robert Marinai has 20 years of experience managing environmental remediation and brownfields development projects. His strong background in regulatory negotiation, real estate development, environmental litigation support, and engineering geology provide Elevation77 with breadth of skills at the highest level. Rob is frequently called upon to speak about brownfields remedies and to provide management and technical insights for trade groups and consultancies across the Western US. Rob is a Registered Geologist in California, and holds both an M.B.A., Finance emphasis (Saint Mary's College, CA) and a M.Sc., Geology (University of Santa Barbara, CA).

LANCE LARSEN
Lance Larsen has a diverse 15-year background in environmental remediation, business development, corporate operational performance, and regulatory negotiation. He has successfully completed complex environmental projects in Asia, Europe, and across North America. He has provided litigation support to numerous Fortune 500 companies involved with distressed properties, and developed long-term land use planning strategies for dozens of properties. As Managing Director of a publicly-traded Fortune 1000 professional services firm, he lead the Western U.S. practice in strategic marketing and sales, operations, and new business development. Lance holds an M.Sc. In Geochemistry (University of Nevada) and an M.B.A., Marketing and New Product Development emphasis, (Saint Mary's College, Honors).

BOB BISHOP
Bob Bishop has worked closely with numerous early stage companies over the past two decades in roles ranging from startup financing through mezzanine rounds. He has also supported marketing and sales and helped craft long-term go-to-market strategies for technology firms. Prior to his roles in early stage finance, Mr. Bishop oversaw operations in retail and manufacturing industries, growing his practice to more than 100 employees.
